PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

ONE-TIME ORDERS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@kencos-pro.com. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Refund Policy.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Customers may subscribe to receive recurring shipments of our products. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize GOLINGO MARKETING LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the selected frequency.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled order date. Contact us at info@kencos-pro.com. Cancellations requested after an order has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle.

Modifications
You may pause, skip, or modify your subscription at any time by contacting us before your next scheduled charge date.

Refunds
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically generate a refund for orders already processed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility.
